How to Use the App

Service Provider/Seller

  • Create account by entering email address and password.
  • Go to Network tab (second from right) and update your preferred payment method. Please enter accurate info as we will use this info to send your deposit payment.
  • Share your User ID # with your customer.
  • If customer is registered and provided you with a User ID #, add customer’s User ID # to your network and request for initial deposit payment.
  • Track your payment status in the history tab, when payment status shows “Verified”, it means customer made the deposit for you to Micro Escrow. You can now proceed with your transaction. Payment stays in holding account until the first handshake with the customer.
  • When you meet the customer, please have him/her release the deposit via Micro Escrow App. It will be deposited to you via selected method of payment.

Customer/Buyer

  • Create account by entering email address and password.
  • Go to Network tab and update your preferred payment method. Please enter accurate info as we will use this info to return your deposit payment if needed.
  • Share your User ID # with your service provider/seller.
  • If service provider/seller is registered and provided you with User ID #, add service provider/seller to your network and pay your initial deposit following the instruction in the app.
  • Funds are held in holding account until the first handshake with the seller/service provider.
  • Release funds when you meet with seller/service provider or retract funds if the service provider is a no show. Your deposit will be returned to you (minus transaction fee).
